Jay was a championship bull rider by the age of ten, when a tragic and freak accident (he doesn’t like to discuss it) ended his illustrious career and subsequently delayed puberty for another five years. He then made a living as the guy who gave long awkward hugs and high fives and yelled “That’s what she said” and “Sock it to me” during inappropriate times. That quickly ended after several beatings from random people and low liquor funds.
After dabbling in a short lived career as a strip aerobics instructor in Topeka, Kansas he has since settled down as a less than reputable blogger.
Last night Washington National's pitcher, John Lannan made his major league debut against the Philadelphia Phillies. Well in the fifth inning of that said debut, he was ejected after hitting Chase Utley and Ryan Howard in consective at-bats.
Washington manager Manny Acta also was ejected by plate umpire Hunter Wendelstedt after Lannan's exit. It was Acta's first ejection.
Lannan allowed three runs and six hits in the first four innings. After getting the first out of the fifth, Lannan hit Utley on the right hand. Howard followed and was hit on the right shoulder. Although there were no warnings given, Wendelstedt immediately ejected Lannan.
And speaking of being hit by a pitch, here's a video of by far the worst place to be hit...DAYUM!!
Ok I know i've said this before and i'm sure i'll say it again...but I just saw the greatest thing ever...it's a couple of panda bears teaming up and doing their best prison break impression...

The Braves aren't playing tonight and the Pistons and Cavaliers game is at the half(FYI, Detroit is up one,52-51)...so i'm bored and when I'm bored usually a liquor store gets robbed or something to that effect, but since I have to have pants on to leave the house, Jay's calm down juice will have to wait another day. While I was searching for Pauly Shore's greatest hits, I happened to stumble upon these clips of two different guys, both of which say they're 5'7" showing off what kids these days call "mad skills". I'm about six foot and if I attempted to dunk it would end up with humiliation, a broken rib(or two) a busted spleen and noises that only a six year old girl should make.
Anyways, here's the first of our two competitors...oh yeah did I mention this is a competition, well it is, so pick the winner. The first of the competitors is Frank, he's 5'7" and he's doing his best to prove that white man CAN jump, but guys like this aren't really helping his cause.

Yep, just in case I haven't overloaded anyone on videos lately, here's another one. This is a video from a few years ago at a charity game. Aparently the game wasn't all that good, so the players decided to make sure the fans got their money's worth by having a dance off. Dancing are Vince Carter, Shamond Williams and Shawn Marion.

I'm not sure if i've mentioned on this blog, of my hatred of Bruce Bowen. I think he's a great defender, sometimes, but he's a DIRTY player. He's getting up there in age now, and when he gets outplayed he tries to injure other players. There's no way anyone can dismiss this, there is so much proof of him sticking his foot under players feet while they're in there are only for them to come down and roll their ankles.
Well he struck again a few nights ago during the San Antonio Spurs, 101-81 loss to the Phoenix Suns when he kicked Sun's center/power forward, Amare Stoudemire in his right achilles in the third quarter.
"He kicked me purposely in the back of my Achilles. I almost came down wrong and he almost caused an injury," Stoudemire said after Thursday's practice. "He's known for doing that. I just hope the NBA and the commissioner take a look at that because it's definitely a dirty play."
"I think the Spurs are a dirty team," he said. "I mean, (Manu) Ginobili during the regular season kneed me in the crotch on purpose. I just hope the league takes a look at it and cleans the game up a little bit."
"When I saw the replay and reviewed it three or four times, there was no doubt about it," he said. "It was a purpose kick to the Achilles' and he definitely tried to injure me."
"I was actually very, very, very upset," he said. "Me personally from last year, having to sit out the whole season because of injuries. And for a guy like Bruce Bowen, who is a two-time champion, he should have more class than that, should understand what it takes to be a professional."
"I know it's the playoffs. I understand a hard foul," Stoudemire said. "But that wasn't a hard foul at all. That was just a purpose kick trying to injure someone."
Here is a few more videos that prove that Bowen is indeed a dirty player, and for the record I wish Vince would've knocked him the fuck out and then he had the nerve to kick Ray Allen, a former Huskie, in the back. For shame!

During the fourth quarter of the opening game in the second round between the Suns and Spurs, two-time MVP, Steve Nash and Spurs' guard, Tony Parker colided head-to-head. Nash's nose hit Parker's forehead and it left a nasty gash on Nash's nose that wouldn't stop gushing blood for sometime.
After Parker stole Nash's pass, the two collided head-to-head in the San Antonio backcourt. Parker fell to the floor. Nash initially thought Parker was the one who was hurt, and went to ask if he was all right, not knowing his nose was covered in blood.
He was treated on the bench and was able to return and even hit a big three pointer with 2:25 left in the game and it tied the game at 102. Although he was able to return to the game to hit the three, he did miss 54 crucial seconds because blood was oozing around his bandaged nose and in time, the Spurs were able to finish off the Suns, 111-106.
"You only see things like that in a boxing match," the Spurs' Robert Horry said, "where a guy cuts his nose and it won't stop bleeding. You feel bad for the guy because you want to have the best team out there at the end of the game, and he wasn't out there."
Nash was able to lead the Sun's in scoring with 31 points, he also added 8 assists and 3 rebounds and after the game, his gash required six stitches to close.
And for the hell of it, here's where I got the brilliant(yeah right) idea for my title.

Here is Bengal's 7th round pick, Chinedum Ndukwe out of Notre Dame crushing Derrick Williams of Penn State. I believe Williams is a receiver, so I don't know why he's taking a snap at QB, if it was supposed to be a trick play, well, it didn't quite work.

Here's our 4th round draft pick, Marvin White out of TCU destroying Texas Tech's wide receiver, Robert Johnson last year. A little advice for future, if you come over the middle when White is out there, he will destroy your face.
My favorite quote is "He is...a violent player". Yes! That's what we need on our team, a violent player, well on the field, we could do with less violence off the field.

Are they still referred to the "rainbow warriors" or is it just the warriors, well until I can confirm that let's just go with Rainbow Warriors.

This next video is one also amazing. The video feed isn't very good, but it's not the video that matters, it's the words that Nikki Giovanni speaks. Her words hit me, an excellent poem, she was able to make these people cheer even though they had just lost friends and family, she is a truly talented women.
